Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 40-day money-back guarantee for all our models, offering a refund for the returned product, starting from the date of the delivery to your address.
Please contact us providing your name and the invoice number, and we will send you instructions on how to re-pack the chair and send it back to us. We may offer additional advice on how to adjust the chair or improve your workstation set up before you return the chair to us.
Only undamaged products in like-new condition without any scratches or damaged components will be eligible for a refund. If a product is returned to us in damaged condition, we reserve a right to refuse a refund.
You are only eligible for a refund if you haven’t already purchased and returned a product to us. A consumer who returned a product and claimed a full refund would not be entitled to purchase a new Symbiotic chair within the next 12 months.
